Leerdoelen
At the end of the course the student will be able to: a) analyze MRI data-analysis using FEAT (analyzing); b) perform simple multivariate BOLD-MRI analysis using MatLab (analyzing); c) evaluate the strengths and weaknessess of papers in terms of methods and analysis (evaluating).
Inhoud
This course deals with the analysis of BOLD-MRI data. In the first part of the course the students will learn how BOLD-MRI is recorded, processed and analyzed (univariate) . The second part of the course will deal with the multivariate analysis of BOLD-MRI data (data-reduction, mvpa, connectivity).
Werkvorm
The course consists of lectures and labsessions that are given during week 1 to 3 and week 5 to 7. There will be exams in weeks 4 and 8.

Toetsvorm
Grades will be determined on the basis of the lab assignments (total 30%) and two exams (each 35%). Resit will be on both exams together.
