Inhoud
This case-law oriented course is intended to provide participants with a deeper analysis of the substantive legal provisions of the European Community Treaty regarding the free movement of goods and freedom to provide services. Students become familiar with the primary European Union Treaty provisions and with the leading interpretations of the European Court of Justice.

This course is compulsory in the Master curricula of European Union Business Law (Master Program International and European Law). This course is closely connected with
Law of the Internal Market II: Persons (5 EC). It is strongly suggested to take both courses for better insight in substantive EC law .
