Introduction

The Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme in International Performance Research (MAIPR) aims at developing a conceptual analysis of the global context in relation to performance creation and reception. The 16 month MA programma will equip students with intellectual and creative skills adequate to conducting international performance research and achieving international performance literacy, enabling them to operate as well-trained scholar-artists or curators in an international arena in professions ranging from academic (leading in to doctoral work) to practical performing arts careers.
